- 2 thawed Chicken breast
- Fresh Strawberries
- 10oz. Spring Mix greens
- Regular or candied walnuts
- Dried yellow raisins
- Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing
- Fetta Cheese crumbles
Bake lightly salted chicken breast for approx 22mins at 400 degrees.
Slice up washed strawberries & remove stem
Place cooled chicken, sliced strawberries, mixed greens, walnuts, dried raisins, 2 teaspoons of raspberry vinegarette dressing, and fetta cheese in large bowl.
COVER & SHAKE UP ALL TOGETHER.
