Balsamic Chicken & Veggies

  • Olive Oil
  • 8oz. Baby Mushrooms
  • 10oz. Green Beans 
  • Chicken Strips
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 3 tablespoons of Honey 
  • 3 tablespoons of balsamic Vinegar
  • minced garlic
  • Cherry tomatoes 


In a large pan pour 2 table spoons of olive oil

Add approx 8oz Mushrooms & 10oz fresh cut green beans.

Stir often and cook covered for 15mins

Remove mushrooms and green beans from pan and put on hold in a serving bowl.

Place 6 to 8 pieces of chicken strips or tenderloins to cook, season with salt & pepper to taste. 

Flip and season again.

Once chicken is throughly cooked, add and mix with the veggies in serving bowl. 

On Medium Low heat Place 1/4 a cup of italian dressing in pan, 3 tablespoons of pure honey, 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, reduce and let simmer until you create a thick sauce. 

Place the chicken and veggies back to pan, stir with sauce add Halved cherry tomatoes and sprinkle salt.  

Cook the mixture covered for 5mins.
